FEVUP BRANDS INC. ("KAM KNIFE”) attaches importance to the protection and security of personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”) and aims to inform data subject about the personal data collected and processed, the purpose of processing, transfer and rights. KAM KNIFE is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity and security of data subject’s personal information.
KAM KNIFE may contain links to third parties' websites through the website or mobile applications. In these cases, KAM KNIFE is not liable for the collection, processing, sharing or transfer of such data by third parties.
Personal data is any information that shows the personal, professional and familial characteristics of the individual, and is suitable for distinguishing that individual from other individuals and revealing their qualities.
KAM KNIFE collects personal data of data subjects, especially via using physical and electronic media particularly the website, cookies, product sales, membership, gift card, e-newsletter subscription, customer service calls by product or service buyers written statement, notifications from administrative and judicial authorities and through other communication channels in audio, electronic or physical written form as in the structure outlined below. These personal data are collected and processed in order to fulfil the performance of the contract with the customer.
- Security of Transaction (IP Address, Log Records, Cookies) These personal data are processed due to the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data.
- From data subject’s above-listed personal data; Identity (Name, Surname), Contact (Phone Number, E-Mail Address) and Marketing (Shopping History, Product Preferences) data are collected and processed within the scope of Explicit Consent.
Please note that Kam Knife takes adequate data protection precautions in order to provide the privacy and protection of your personal data. With data minimization, the processing of your personal data is limited to below-listed purposes:
- Product sales, supply and production
- Product logistics and shipping processes
- Determination of demands and determination of strategic sales targets
- Organizing events for customer satisfaction

Personal Data of Minors
Data subject must be at least 16 years old (or older depending on your country or state of residence) in order to provide us with Personal Data and the least 18 years old to purchase products from the website.
KAM KNIFE shall take all necessary measures to protect the personal data of minors in accordance with Article 8 of GDPR. If KAM KNIFE is aware that it has collected personal data of minor without the prior consent of a verifiable parent or legal guardian, it will de-active the minor’s account and shall delete these data as soon as possible.
Transfer of Personal Data
KAM KNIFE may share the personal data of data subject with the following natural and legal persons, provided that all necessary security measures are taken in accordance with GDPR Law for the purposes specified in this Informing Text: group companies, suppliers, cargo companies, authorized public institutions, legal, financial and tax consultants, cybersecurity and payment service providers.
KAM KNIFE may transfer the personal data required for the delivery and cargo processes of the products to abroad limited to international orders and deliveries. We take relevant data protection measures to comply with applicable legal requirements for the transfer of personal data to recipients in countries outside of the EEA.
Data subject’s personal data will be processed and stored for:

Storage and Security of Data:
Our store's hosting is facilitated by Shopify, the e-commerce platform enabling the sale of our products and services. Shopify employs data storage, databases, and its general application to securely house your information. To bolster security, your data resides on a safeguarded server protected by a firewall.
Handling Payment Information:
Opting for a direct payment gateway prompts Shopify to store your credit card data.
Encryption in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is applied to safeguard this information during transactions. Your purchase transaction data is retained solely for the necessary duration, being promptly deleted upon transaction completion.
Compliance with PCI-DSS Standards:
All direct payment gateways integrated into our store conform to the standards outlined by PCI-DSS. PCI-DSS oversight is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaborative effort involving major brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. This adherence to PCI-DSS requirements is instrumental in ensuring the secure handling of credit card information by both our store and its service providers.
Rights of Data Subjects
The rights of data subjects under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are detailed in Chapter 3 – Articles 12 to 23. There are eight fundamental rights under GDPR.

KAM KNIFE has the right to make changes in this informing text due to amendments in relevant legislation.
Personal data will be processed by taking all necessary information security measures, provided that they are used limited to the purposes and scope specified in this Informing Text; and be kept during the legal storage period or for the period required by the purpose, and continue to be used by KAM KNIFE after being anonymized at the end of the period, or will be destroyed in line with the relevant procedure in accordance with the Law and relevant legislation.
